ABOUT ME.

I am a video editor and producer specializing in documentary, entertainment, and digital content. My work spans post-production, content strategy, live production, and streaming distribution, with a particular interest in public interest communications and the power of storytelling to connect audiences with the people and issues behind the story.

​

I currently work with Film Florida, where I help develop and build Film Florida TV, a streaming platform created to showcase Florida filmmakers and productions to new audiences. My work includes shaping the strategy behind the platform’s development, content strategy, programming and submission workflows, platform operations, audience development, and distribution planning. I coordinate creative and operational functions to help build a sustainable platform and expand opportunities for filmmakers to reach audiences.

I also work as a Video Editor with Variety, with experience editing red-carpet coverage of the Cannes Film Festival, coordinating post-production for the Cannes Lions 2023 Interview Lab, and contributing to the award-winning Actors on Actors series.

​

My documentary work has been recognized with a Telly Award. Unfit to Stand, a documentary about people with mental health conditions in the criminal justice system and the families affected by it, was also selected as a Student Academy Award Semi-Finalist.

I am proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Adobe After Effects, with a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and detail. I also have experience in live production and livestream management, including serving as a technical director for events and productions.

At the core of my work is an interest in how content can shape understanding, challenge dominant narratives, and influence beliefs and behavior. My academic work explored how framing and emotion can shape how people engage with pivotal issues, and that curiosity continues to inform my approach to media today. I’m interested not only in creating compelling content, but in understanding audiences and delivering the right message to the right people at the right time—when it has the greatest potential to resonate, shift perspectives, and inspire action.

Whether building a streaming platform for independent filmmakers, editing a documentary, or capturing cultural moments through entertainment media, I’m interested in the intersection of storytelling, audience strategy, and distribution. I’m always looking for the human element that makes content meaningful—and the strategy that helps it find its audience.
